Low quality customer service

I had my new clinic call them to get records faxed over for my pets to get vaccinated a few weeks ago and i sat and waited over an hour and the vet had still not recieved anything. We called and called, everytime we called someone told us that they would send them over right now and they were obviously lying just to get off the phone, so we called again and they finally told us that they had to have the Dr approve it. I thought to my self " those records are mine and the only thing i have ever had done there was vaccinations" What does the Dr have to approve?? Everytime i go there or call the staff is always rude and it seems like they are mad to be working there. If you are looking for a new vet to go to in the Lakeway area, i wouldn't go there!!!!!

Excellent Clinic!

I have been going to Lakeway Veterinary Clinic since 1993 for all my cats, dogs, and iguanas and highly recommend them! You won't find better service or quality of care!

Good ol' Dr. Pete

I drove my dog from Austin to see Dr. Pete because he's trustworthy and always thinks about what's best for the pet. He doesn't over charge and only gives the treatment needed, no more. I don't like vets who try to sell more from a check up than is needed, and that's why I like Dr. Pete.
