I've always had good luck. I'm sorry to hear that some people have not had a good experience here. I have always had help when I have questions, and if the person I ask doesn't know they find someone who might. I'll keep going there. As a matter of fact I going over later to pick up a pond pump to clean out my pond.

Rudest nursery in town, there are better places to go. Because this nursery is also a pond store, and close to my home, I have been there many times over the past 8 years. Almost every time I leave there, I am angry at the rude way I've been treated. The last time I went, I made a promise to myself that I will never go back and never give them more of my money. The owners are the rudest people I've ever run into, and have no concept of customer service. There are two employees that are occasionally in good moods, but more often they aren't. (Probably because the owners did something to upset them). My neighbor had a similar experience with them when she had her dirt delivered (this is not the same person that put in the review also on this site, this is someone else). The cashiers make a point to not smile or talk to you, and the owners and staff will actually frown and give terse comments when asked a question about a plant. Don't go to this place, there are so many other wonderful nurseries in town to choose from. Natural Gardener and Barton Springs Nursery are two of the best.

Great foutain !!!. I bought a water fountain from Emerald Garden,

The instalation was really well done by an artistic and friendly guy.

It's been a lot of pleasure to sit and kick back by the foutain.

Wonderful Nursery. This is the best kept secret in Austin

When ever im in town I have to stop in just to see whats new!

Nothing in Florida compares.

Don't Waste Your Time or Money. We had 20 yards of dirt delivered for top dressing - the dirt that they sent was ridiculous. It had not been screened and had large twigs, rocks and other things in the dirt. We had them come and pick the dirt back up and they accused us of using half the dirt ? and then refused to refund our money in full ? they assured us they sold that exact dirt to many customers and when we asked for names and numbers so we could reference they refused. So now we are out $300 and we have no dirt. A complete waste of time and money
