The Best. Stephen is wonderful to work with. He has a good eye for knowing what type of window covering looks best which in my case was not the most expensive option. Time of delivery was great and installation work is superior. Highly recommend Blinds of All Kinds.

Good Price. Excellent communication.. Bought faux wood blinds from "Blinds of All Kinds". It was a good experience working with Stephen. Stephen's quote was the cheapest among the top three recommended blinds installers in Austin. Blinds look good and work well. No issues so far.

The best place to shop for blinds. Without a doubt, Blinds of all Kinds is the best place to shop in the area. Stephen(owner) is very pro and accommodating. We bought Hunter Douglas Window treatment and shutters for an arch window. Stephen helped us to pick the right product, installed in time and was always receptive and helpful.We recommend him to anyone who is in market for window treatment.

Blinds of All Kinds. Steve not only knows the business, but is very skilled in picking a treatment, design or color for your specific needs. I'm clueless in this regard, and he helped design our entire window treatments for now, two new homes! We would refer him to anyone, and welcome those who wish to see his work.

Great service & great variety. Stephen (owner) bends over backwards to accommodate our schedule (even Saturdays), assisted in coming up with the best (and most affordable) window coverings for my new condo in Lakeway. He personally oversaw the installation guys and added his own personal touch to make sure EVERY aspect of the job was completed not only to my satusfaction, but to his as well. Plan on doing a couple of rooms upstairs soon and my first and only call will be to Stephen and Blinds of All Kinds. Period.

Excellent Service!!. Stephen at Blinds of all Kinds is great! He took the time to help me pick which blinds would go best in my home, and he helped me make choices that were reasonably priced. When he came to install in one of our rooms, one of the wooden blind sets I ordered had a couple of cracked blinds that had been damaged during shipping. He called the company that made them and had them send a new set. He was out to install the brand new ones in no time. His follow up with e-mails and phone calls are great; you know what is happening every step of the process.

Prompt & Detail Oriented Service. The service from Blinds of All Kinds was great! Stephen, the owner came to our place and gave us a very detailed estimate for different options we asked for. He gave us good suggestions and also helped us work out the best solution within our budget.With both me and my husband working ,Stephen worked around our schedule and did our installation on Friday Evening!In spite of his installation guy not being able to turn up that day, he did the installation himself.There were two blinds that didnot arrive in time but he was prompt in installing them in two weeks as he promised us.

Would recommend Stephen any day for his great service :-)

A+ and Wonderful Service with Great Products!. Stephen from Blinds of All Kinds is very AWESOME! He is very patience, sweet, great commination skill, and detail orgentied. He spends time listen to the customer, and he try to help by giving creative suggestions to fit our needs and our budget. I have interviewd many people for the blind project for our entire house, all of them are nice, but Stephen is very outstanding! He spends time working on the excel sheet that shows me the options, he follows up, and he is very responsive with all of the questions that I have. Also, he understands that some people like me takes my time make decision.

With his help, we now have the blinds installed, and we love them! My husband and I are greatly appreciate their professionalism and extra mile to have beatiful blinds installed in our new house:-)

OVER AND ABOVE THE CALL OF DUTY!. I called Stephen about a solution to cleaning my shade which was water damaged. I thought I needed to purchase a new one. He could not have been more helpful with options on how to salvage my shade and explained the proper way to clean it. Well, his solution worked and I have Stephen to thank. He solved my problem and did not try to sell me a new shade like everyone else. Once it was cleaned, I had a problem with the spool which was my fault and had to be aligned and fixed. I again, called Stephen and he was able to take time out of his busy schedule to fix my shade on the spot. On another occasion, I popped in on Stephen and asked for his advice on removing my shade due to another water leak. Without hesitation, he came to my house and took down the shade. I must add .... this was a HunterDouglas Shade that I had not purchased from Stephen. Unbelievable in this day and age. His help and professional understanding of my problem won me over.



I know this review is full of superlatives, but that is Stephen. He is the real deal and will go the extra mile to satisfy his customers. I don't know about the rest of you, but I am not used to this unmatched customer service.



I highly recommend Blinds of All Kinds and when you work with Stephen Kopp consider yourself blessed to have found the needle in the haystack!
