Violet is the BEST. After visting some of the most upscale salons in Austin and being disappointed by the results I decided to color my own hair for awhile. Then I went to Marla's and Violet colored my hair. I am thrilled with the results. She is excellent, personable, REALLY listens to what I want, and makes sure I am satisfied with the results, which I always have been. She is worth far more than she charges. As for atmosphere, it is quaint, peaceful and very private - I prefer this to a larger salon. Really, you will never want to go to anyone else after Violet! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this salon and VIOLET!
