Ryan was the technician that arrived at my house. He was very friendly and polite. He was also knowledgeable of his work and finished everything quickly while explaining what he was doing. The experience was an A plus!

Great service!. Hank's Service has been great. I like that their employees are competent and informative. We also appreciate that they were quick to arrive and offered fast accurate service.

BEWARE of Hank's. The owner doesn't back his product. After he recommended that I spend some thousands of dollars to buy a new ac unit from him, it turned out to be a lemon. We repeatedly asked his service techs (who were sympathetic) come to diagnose, and their conclusions varied. The one consistent element was that the ac wasn't fixed. Then the warranty expired and Hank said he'd have to start charging more to figure out the problem. That's not fair business practice, that's greed and refusal to honor his customer. Deeply frustrating for my family as the weather heats up and we can't afford to start over somewhere else.

Great. They called ahead like I asked and gave plenty of notice for me to meet him at my house. They did a great job.

Awful. I had a horrible experience with this company.

I made the unfortunate decision to call Hanks Service Company and it cost me a lot of money. I had a serious problem with my air conditioning system and an air flow problem. Hanks Service Co. sent out a technician named Jacob Walker. i found out later that Jacob Walker has a criminal record and is a registered s** offender. I was a victim of a scam by their technician. Their technician, Jacob Walker, told me that the company would not fix the problem because it involved cutting into the wall. He said that he would fix it on his own time. So I said okay -- how am I supposed to know that this guy is a criminal? Why didn't they do a background check on their employees? So he asked me for money in advance to add on a second air conditioning unit to my home. I gave him money in advance and then he told me more lies that he was in a car accident and etc. etc, etc.. When I realized that I had been a victim of a scam, I called Hank's company and told them what had happened. So they came out to my home to retrieve the stolen equipment in my garage and I was happy to oblige them and give back to them the equipment which had been stolen. Then they refused to have anything more to do with me and their attitude was that this was an outside job and had nothing to do with them. Hank Hodes refused to accept any responsibility for his technician who scammed me.

I had to spend my own money to do research to find out that their technician, Jacob Walker, has a criminal record and is a registered s** offender. I have never received any apology from Hank Hodes. He is a total jerk and you should never do business with him.

He's the best!. As an owner that lives out of town, I have to say that Hendricks management has done a terrific job of taking care of my property. Maintenance is always immediately addressed, and my property has always had great tenants.

Extremely Satisfied!. I am extremely satisfied with every aspect of heat/air repairs done by Mike. He is pleasant, honest, professional and does not waste time discovering and correcting problems. He takes time to explain what is needed and is never rude about answering questions and explaining repeatedly what we don't understand. I request Mike because I sincerely appreciate the quality work and dedication to his customers.
