Avoid before 7 AM weekdays. This is my first review. I've been to other TC's in the Austin area and have had great food and service. This one is not like the others. I've been to this one during the daytime hours and they have managed to mess up my order. Within the last month, I've been only 3 times, and only between 6:30 AM and 7:00 AM weekdays. Here are the results:

Trip 1: Went through drive-thru, ordered 2 tacos and coffee, received one wrong taco, both were cold, coffee cold.

Trip 2: Went through drive-thru, same order, one taco wrong, both lukewarm with very cold spots, and OUT of coffee!

Trip 3: Drive-thru closed, went inside, 8 people already there waiting for their order, no one working at cooking anything - saw only the cashier and 2 people cleaning, before ordering I asked how long it would take - cashier couldn't understand me, I left without ordering.

Again, this was during Breakfast hours - 6:30 am to 7:00 am. I haven't tried to order breakfast after 7:00 am, so maybe it gets better.
