Save your money. Just got back from eating at this place. SAVE YOR MONEY!! I ordered the shrimp cocktail and the three shrimp on were anything but fresh, they only had part of the shell peeled and the veins were still in them. I also had fried shrimp and oysters, the shrimp are bought frozen and all you taste is the breading. Oysters were completely tasteless and dry. Cole slaw had so much vinegar in it we could not stand to eat it. Beans and hush puppies were the only thing which were good and the hush puppies are also bought frozen but were ok. When I went to pay the manager was at the register and I asked her abouth the shrimp cocktail, she told me "that's how we always serve them, I dont know how you would expect us to get the veins out of the shrimp". I will save my money and get better seafood at Long John Silver's next time and would advise all of you to do the same.

Good meal. The food was good and plentiful, but we have had better fried catfish. I love the family feel of this place.

Fried fried, with a side of fried fries.... Think deep fried buffet and very large patrons filling their gullets with mediocre food.

Not a big fan, tried it for lunch and although they do give huge portions it is just ok at best.

Wait staff is older ladies whom I'm guessing would be much happier chain smoking, but they are nice enough.

If cheap, large portion and fried works' you'll like it. If not, don't bother.

Fantastic tasting catfish. This place was packed!! They had the best tasting catfish. I tried the spicy fried and it was not greasy

at all. The hushpuppies were homeade and they had homeade jalapeno tartar sauce.

It was fun seeing all the antique signs and pictures!

Worst Food in Texas. If you enjoy visiting nursing homes or trailor parks this is the place for you. Everything is fried or comes from a box. The food is dry, overcooked and lacks originality and flavor. I was very dissapointed that I wasted my money on bad food and a bad experience. If you don't feel like throwing up I recomend you avoid this establishment.

It will do. The food was not just the best seafood I have ever tasted, but it was good.

Pretty good. I went here one time and the food was pretty good. The shrimp and fish were delicious and their oysters were to die for! Their menu really dosent offer as many things as I had hoped for. The service was lousy, but since it was the only time I have ever gone, I don't know if that's something you always get there or if I just got a ltitle bit of bad luck. The food is a pretty good deal for what you pay, but honestly, I would recomend Cherry Creek over this place any day. Everything there is SUPERB!

Catfish Heaven. Best fish I ever had. Not greasy and very tasty. I also loved the gumbo and the side dishes. I was stuffed and could not attempt the deserts.
