Nature / Wildelife Lovers Home. These apartments have changed over the years, they have a very beautiful pond/lake in the back, they have lots birds, wildlife ducks/geese and baby wildlife as well as fish and turtles, not much noise at all, maintenance is great they fix stuff asap and they fix it right, the maintenance and office staff treat their tenants with care and compassion like they want to be t5reated, i would really recommend these apts to anyone/

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!. My daughter lived here for 10 months. We were not happy about her moving in, but she loved the pond. She has regretted it ever since. The apartment was full of vermin (and yes, she cleans!), the management was rude and unavailable, there were needles laying around everywhere, her car window was broken, not to mention the occasional sound of gunfire. The apartment was not in great shape when she moved in, with many stains and holes in the carpet, and now they are further trying to screw her by charging her over $900.00 for the carpet and sending her nasty demand letters. The parent company is in California and they WILL NOT talk with you or return phone calls. We are planning to hire an attorney to fight these bogus fees.
