I wanted new tires, rims and a lift, so I checked around and got quotes. Out of the five places to give me a quote, Jeep Masters was not only the best deal, but the most honest of the lot. Ray took the time to explain to me that if I got more than a 2 1/2 lift, I would have to have my jeep regeared; something that the others failed to mention. There were a few minor delays and changes to my order (none the fault of Ray or Jeep Masters) and even with those the end result was a very satisfied customer. Will I return to Jeep Masters for any further necessities or wants? Most definitely. Would I recommend them to others? In a heartbeat.

Absolutely Fabulous! I took my Toyota Rav-4 to Jeep Masters for body work; it came out looking like a new car! My idea of a car is put the key in it & drive. If it gets you where you are going then, by god, you are good to go. Manny was the coup de grâce when it came to working with the insurance company! Dropped the car off, was offered a rental car, got a call my car was ready; that was it. I mentioned a small problem & guess what, voila, it was fixed; it was like Christmas morning or a fantastic birthday present! Above & beyond! I went to Jeep masters for my body work because they have always treated my son (who owns a Jeep) with fairness & respect. This is such a talented group of people, accomplished professionals! Jeep Masters - Never Again. DO NOT TAKE YOUR JEEP HERE. How can you trust a shop that has to shamelessly fabricate it's own positive reviews to get business? Doesn't seem very honest to me. Bottom line- most, if not all of these positive reviews are FAKE, containing similar if not the same business reviews in random Texas towns all rated within a few days of each other... and all containing a 5 star review for Jeep Master. Check them out for yourself, you will save yourself a great deal of time, money, and aggravation… Jeep Masters is slow, more expensive than a dealership, and their service is dishonest. The negative reviews of this business are most likely the only legitimate ones. They marked up parts 90%, charged me a $50 diagnostic fee when the problem was obviously one of two things, of which they replaced both, selling me parts I didn't need and giving me a list of other overpriced repairs which they wanted me to sign off on. Should have fixed this myself in the driveway as I usually do, just never imagined a shop could be this dishonest and half assed. They say you can shear a sheep many times, but you can skin him only once… Maybe Jeep Masters should focus its energy on honest service instead of damage control… Honestly, I wish I knew what I know now before I entrusted my Jeep to them. Thank you for nothing.

No customer service. We dropped my daughters jeep off to have the signal lights checked, 8 am, we had called the previous night and explained the symptoms and was advised to drop it off first thing. We did and were told we would get a call around lunch for estimate, never got a call, 3:30 I call and I am told they have not looked at it and I'm next on the list but can't guarantee they will get to it. A CALL would have been nice! We picked up the car at 5 , and got a lame "we were swamped" excuse. It must be nice to have too much business where you can't even call a customer.

Thank you so much!. We were on our way out of town and our Jeep broke down with 3 kids and a whole lot of luggage. We had it towed to Jeep Masters and they had our Jeep up and running by the next morning. Thank you so much, our Jeep had been fine ever sense!

Honest and amazing. I absolutely love this place. Everyone is friendly and they are not trying to take your last dime. These guys know they're Jeeps. Honest and amazing! Ask them questions and they are happy to answer. You will not be disappointed!

Great. Jeep masters is the best. They repaired my jeep after a smashed back end in only 4 days and did not charge me any hidden fees. They are great!

Trusting. A place you can trust. For major repairs I bring my car here. They solve the problems first time and do the job right. You can trust Beau. They don't try to fix things that don't need fixing like the dealers. They are great for auto body repair too.

10 stars. This place is AMAZING! Everything you could ask for in a car repair shop and more. Beau is phenomenal. These guys are honest and trustworthy, do a great job, and are very friendly. They won't fix your car unless it actually needs to be fixed, and they won't overcharge you. If I could give this place 10 starts I would. Absolutely the best car place around!
