I just wanted to send you a note thanking you and your staff for a wonderful buying experience at your South Point Dodge. I purchased a 2012 Jeep Wrangler from Ricky Callejas and found him to be very knowledgeable and helpful. I wanted a soft top Wrangler. You only had a hard top Wrangler in the color I wanted so the shop switched out the hard top with a soft top. After Joe Gonzalez completed all the paperwork and checks were written I was off in my new Jeep. After I got home my wife asked me why I didn't get a hard top? The next day I came back to the dealership and asked if you would consider switching the tops again. Everyone went out of their way to accommodate me. Within a few minutes the original hard top was replaced on the Jeep again, because of the price difference between the hard top and the soft top Mr. Gonzalez had to redo all the paperwork without objection.
