Bad jewelry. I was sold a piece of jewelry at wholesale price. When I had it appraised the next week found out I paid almost twice retail price. Took it back to get my money back and he wouldn't do it. He gave every excuse in the book. They are very dishonest!! My mistake for not doing my homework so I am just trying to help somebody else. I should have known when I saw the little sign on the front door.

I am very sorry that you are no longer happy. Your piece was a special order, specifically for you, per your request. You didn't pay for the piece until you took possession of it. You were very happy when you left here with the piece. I offered to have you leave it here and I would sell it for you and give you the full amount that you had paid, but instead, you threatened me with litigation. Your threat ended my interest in helping you. Again, I am sorry that you were not pleased with your special order. It is sad to see anyone go from elation to disappointment on anything. In over thirty years of business in Ausitn, you are either the third or forth customer that we have not been able to satisfy with anything that we suggested to solve your issue.
