I ordered all of my wedding flowers from Bed of Roses. Not only did the owner hand deliver all of the flowers to our remote location, but they were far, more beautiful and elaborate than we expected. The owner stayed and helped with putting the finishing touches on the decorations, making bows and adding the tiny details that made all of the difference. We received more than our money's worth with our floral selection. I would highly recommend this florist and will never use anyone else for my flower purchases in the future.
Terrible!. Do NOT order flowers from Bed of Roses in Austin TX!! I have never taken time to write a review - but this time it is necessary. The arrangement that was delivered to my mother was NOTHING like the arrangement I ordered. Not only was it not the right colors but the quality of flowers were terrible. Even worse, they just left the flowers on my mother’s door step - didn't even ring the doorbell (after she had buzzed them in the front gate and new they were coming). When I called to express my disappointment the owner was the most unprofessional business owner I have dealt with. She immediately got defensive and was VERY RUDE. NEVER order flowers from BED of ROSES in AUSTIN TX.
I only use A Bed of Roses for my flower and gift needs. A Bed of Roses has the best gifts and fresh flowers any where in Austin. If you want to tell someone you love them or just wanted to brighten someones day you need to call A Bed of Roses. I have used this florist for many years they have sent flowers all over the U.S. for me. They even do last minute arragments. I've also used them for all my silk arragements @ my house. I get so many compliments on them. A Bed of Roses is amazing! The name alone is sweet but their store is even sweetier!
A Bed of Roses. NOT recommended!! The first time I tired to place an order the clerk put me on hold then hung up. When I finally was able to get to someone calling back, the service was very par. But now a days this is what is to be expected for custmer service it seems like. So I was expecting this .....what got to me the most was not their custmer service but rather the fact that I spent alot of money for flowers to be delivered to my wifes job with out her knowing but they couldnt even find the place???......so what did they do........they call her and ruin the surprise......this to me was just amazing I will never buy flowers from a bed of roses again period.
Horrible experience. Ordered a cactus for Valentines Day to be delivered to an office. They called after the office closed to deliver that day. Upon returning the call, no one answered and the voicemail was full. Called the following afternoon, as there was still no delivery. They said it should have been there that morning and they were not sending a cactus, they were sending a "different masculine fern." I cancelled the order after receiving no apology or attempt to reconcile the matter.
Terrible delivery. Got flowers delivered from this shop--sent from a friend from out of state...the roses were wilted on arrival...very disappointing.
