WHAT A RIP OFF!!!.
I like all the others have experienced this company's questionable business practices. As well, who knows what the "real" name of the place is. Internet research is disturbing me even more.
If you've gone into this place and "signed a contract" be warned it is a lengthy pricey process to get out of. I would not sign a contract for membership at either of these salons!
If you want a place where the workers are lying on the couch watching TV, the machines don't work, the so-called corporate office (another salon) needs to have a 30 day notice with a certified letter to stop your membership and then tries to slime the system then join PRO TAN. They are open for stay at home moms and retirees. If you have any formal education with a real job and are not forced to work at a tanning salon your whole life than don't join Pro Tan because it is not open early morning (before 11) late (after 8) and it is closed on Sunday.

this has got to be the worst experience I've ever had with a company! They totally messed up my account and admitted it was their fault but wouldn't do anything to fix the problem. The owner and accounts manager are slimy, incompetent, liars who will do anything to keep charging your account even when not authorized. They also charge $20 more per month for Mystic then other salons in town. I hope they go out of business! This company cost me $400 of fraudulant charges and now I have to fight them for the next 6 months over it. I think they changed their name to Way Too Tan because of all the bad reviews online. Pro Tan keeps charging membership fee and late fees after membership is cancelled. Pro Tan ignores termination letter from customer then sends collection letters and makes collection calls to try to collect more than they could through simply the membership fee. Pro Tan corporate office has answering machine and Pro Tan does not return calls or inquiries. Their employees are powerless to do anything to help members other than refer the member to the corporate office.
VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE due to the owner--not the employees.
The location on William Cannon is horrible!! I just canceled my contract due the owner being lazy & repeatedly, over the extent of my contract (apx. 2 years), choosing to not fix the Mystic Tanning machine when it was broken &/or choosing to not drive over to that location to fill up the spray.
I was patient the first year (& only stayed due the convenience of the location), but when this poor service continued & it was continually broken or out of spray, I decided to take my business to Darque Tan (which has clean, fantastic facilities & excellent customer service : )
As I was telling the employee why I was canceling my contract, that employee expressed how the owner had NOT supplied that location w/ toilet paper in over a week because that location was out of his way & that the owner did NOT pay his employees for extra hours worked & that the owner did not properly deduct taxes from their money earned (or something to that effect). The owner also told his employees at the William Cannon location that he was not going to take care of that location until they sold more contracts to bring in more customers. Apparently it's a bad experience for these employees as well as the customers. It's most certainly not the employees fault that the washing machine detergent dispenser has been malfunctioning for months & that the towels don't get washed properly & that they smell like body odor!!! It's also NOT the fault of the employees that the owner won't teach them how to fix, adjust, replace the Mystic spray, etc. I hope this review helps you make your decision to take your business to a worthy tanning salon.
Worst service ever, they will keep charging indefinately after you quit, DONT DO IT..
THEY WILL KEEP CHARGING YOU AFTER YOU QUIT, THEY REQUIRE SOME KIND OF CERTIFIED LETTER THAT THEY WONT FAX, EMAIL, OR MAIL TO YOU. WORST SERVICE EVER
