Very rude service, the short guy with black hair is a complete douche.. Unfair pricing.

Beware!!. I had my necklace repaired by them and it broke in the repaired place two days later. Went back to them to have it repaired and the guy told me that they don't guarantee their work and that they would "give me a break" to repair it again. I don't think I should be charged again for something that they fixed being only two days after they repaired it. On top of that, the guy was very rude about it. I will not be going back there.

The name says it all!. Took my watch in to have it polished and have the seals replaced and it was ready to go in 20 minutes. Fast friendly service.
