Helpful and extremely nice.. I stepped into Fredrick's just to look around and found some real cute stuff. Raquel (who is the manager there) was so nice and helpful. I wasn't quite sure what I was looking for and she pointed me in the right direction...finding the right size, etc. She made me feel very comfortable in a place that I normally don't shop.
