BEST BOUTIQUE!. I read with much humor the last review of this incredible boutique owned and operated locally for 20 some years in Westlake by the same extremely hard working people! (What owners do you know that work each and every day, buy all of their merchandise-locally when possible) and STILL wait on customers new and old like it was there first time in? Salespeople? Again, what store do many people know who has had the same employees for that amount of time-support MANY MANY organizations, schools, give donations each and every time and change many lives of young men and women that work there. SAVERS? What was is that? A place this person on the last review must be used to shopping! They(the store) are the life savers. Supporters of Austin, incredible selection of merchandise (not at all what the name implies) always a sale area, best jeans and Michael stars in town AND incredible jewelry-all price ranges! So, this negitive and unaccurate review must have been written by a jealous unhappy person or one of their competitors (which I do not believe they have). Visit this wonderful establishment. You will be happy you did!

Terrible Shopping Experience!. This place was just plain disaster. The sales people were rude, sloppy and unprofessional. The clothing was terrible and over-priced and the store layout reminded me of a Savers. I would never step foot in that store again and I recommend that no one else does either!

Best jean selection, great jewelry, great customer service. I cant believe the review of the last person. I shop at physical fit quite frequently and have returned items there many times in the past. I have never had a problem. I had to write a review because many times people only write these when they are dissatisfied with a business. This is my favorite boutique in Austin and has been for the last five years. The girls that work there always remember me and always find me great outfits to where since I have no fashion sense. Its almost like having a personal shopper. They've even pulled clothes for me when I called them in the past and was in a hurry and set it up in a dressing room. You have to check this place out they have walls full of jeans too you wont walk out of the store without a pair!!

A man experiences great customer service in a women's store!. I am a lame husband often looking for places to shop for my wife for various gifts. I like to go to stores I know she likes. My experience with Physical Fit could not be any different than the other review. The people are very helpful, offer to gift wrap my purchase and always assure me that if what I've picked out doesn't work it will be exchanged. I know my wife has returned stuff and never had a problem. I really make a point of shopping stores that are owned by Austinites and Physical Fit ranks up there for me in terms of making me comfortable in a place I'd never ordinarily frequent.

Rudest owner ever! I felt like Pretty Woman!. Being someone who likes to frequent Austin-owned businesses, I decided to stop by here when I couldn't find some jeans I liked at Nordstrom. After paying close to $200 for a pair of Citizens at PF, I took them home and tried them on again, realizing that when I sat down, the waistband was so big that my underwear stuck out. The very next day I went with receipt to the store to see if I could exchange them for another size and was completely embarassed by the owner who accused them of looking "worn." Uh, once? For five minutes?? I couldn't believe it. She also told me she saw some bodily fluid on the crotch, which was so embarassing and not even true. They wouldn't take me them back the very next day and the best they could do was give me some lame 15% off alterations coupon for a vendor they use. This place is the anti-Nordstrom. There are plenty of other boutiques in Austin with similar products where they are actually nice to you! Run, far far away from this store!
