Customer Service is NOT DEAD!

Customer service is NOT dead. Had a service call on my fireplace. Great guy, prompt, thorough, not expensive at all. Highly recommend for work on your fireplace. Even wrote about the experience along with others in my blog. <br>

Great Products and Service

We drove over 100 miles to shop at Churchill's for gas logs, and we felt the trip was very worthwhile. Churchill's has a wide selection of quality products and first-rate customer service. They truly care about the customer and they will guide you through the selection process, assist with set-up in your home, and be there for you if questions or problems arise after installation. I highly recommend Churchill's.

I have shopped at Churchill's Fireside and Patio for the past 18 years. I wouldn't shop anywhere else!
Dorothy is amazing and will spend as much time as necessary to assist in meeting all your needs- whether it be patio furniture or fireside.
They offer a wide variety to select from and stand by their products.
They go the "extra mile" to find discontinued items and keep a stock of very current or popular pieces.
You won't be disappointed by shopping with Churchill's!

Great place

I went into the store recently and was waited on immediately by a very informed lady (probably owner, I would bet). She was extremely knowledable and explained my options for gas logs. The transaction was quick and she didn't waste my time. I bought the logs and got set up for delivery & installation 3 days later, an additional charge, but VERY well worth it. The installation fellow was very knowledable and personable. He too was exceedingly efficient. WOW, i a just very impressed. I highly recommend them.

- Cons: none that I can think of
