11 on a scale of 1 to 10. It seems that Lotus Hunan is under new management and a new cook as well. I have been fairly disappointed recently with the quality of Chinese food in Austin and am happy to say that at last, I've found it. Lotus offers the best Chinese I've had in a long while. The portions are generous and fresh. This is one place I'll frequent when my taste buds demand Chinese...
