I have been to Marye's for several years and have usually had good experiences, except for today. I brought some people I work with since I brag about the pizza...Well when I got back to the office the total seemed off to me so I called and verified that it was rung up wrong. I got something I didn't order and when I spoke to the cashier, which I tipped!, she said "Oh well that was my bad." And did NOTHING to rectify the situation. VERY Poor Customer Service at Marye's!!!!!

My husband and I recently had a rather bad experience with a togo order. My husbands food was great but my order was wrong. When I called to find out what could be done the customer service I received was, lets just say not up Marye's standards. After blowing off a little steam I looked on line and found their website. There I was able to put in a request to speak to someone about the situation. I was promptly called back by the owner who seems to take great pride in making sure his customers are happy. He was sincere in his apology and promised to make sure things were corrected. I believe he will follow up on everything he said he would do. If you want to visit a place that believes in the customer than this is the place to visit.
