STAY AWAY! Awful!

The owner "Keith" hung up on me when I pointed out that the 15 year anniversary flowers my husband had sent to my work ad spent 100.00 dollars on were delivered to my office with wilted orchids and ginger that had was clearly almost done. Birds of paradise were fine but the arrangement looked tired and for sure would look bad the next day. I really just wanted them fixed up so I could take them home and my husband wouldn't be upset about the freshness of the arrangement. But Keith was sooo incredibly RUDE without provocation, that there was NO WAY we were spending money there. After reading other reviews, this seems to be a trend for him. We'll find someone else. Don't ruin a anniversary with a obnoxious florist, go elsewhere.

Westbank always has the unusual and exotic blooms and greenery, as well as the loveliest traditional flowers that please those requesting the nostalgic.

For the client or bride hoping to find someone who can interpret their vision with impeccable insight and expression, Westbank Flower Market is the place to visit ! The shop itself is a feast for the senses!!

Horrible Florist!

Never delivered arrangement after several calls asking what happened. SAID it was delivered-was not. Never gave an explanation. Got abusive call from owner cussing at me. This is how they treat repeat customer?! Was told "I just need to go somewhere else". DONE!
