BAD Service!!!!

It's been a month and I still haven't received my deposit refund from them. They said that they mixed up the files, which is understandable, then I found out that they sent the refund check to the wrong address! Concerned, because I don't know what other sensitive info they may have sent to the wrong address. Extremely incompetent.
