Great old fashioned hair place!. I have been getting my hair cut here for 2 years and I love it! It is just a hair salon, no crazy music or lighting, no pierced stylists. I love the fact that it is consistent, I feel that my stylist (Carol) cares about me, and my kids, and she does a great job! I get an excellent cut here--much more personalized and professional than one at a chain like supercuts. Plus, she is really good at working with my 9 year old daughter on making responsible hair style decisions--like you need to get frequent cuts, even if you are growing it out, and what would life really be like with bangs? It's a hidden gem, as far as I'm concerned!

good value. This place is not a fancy place or a place to be pampered. It is a place for a basic, inexpensive haircut for $24. I would compare it to a supercuts that offers the advantage of scheduling appointments with a specific stylist at a specific time. It also feels more like a salon. The stylist I had did an ok job but she did not offer any creative suggestions...even when I asked her to. If you are on a budget but want something more than a supercut type place and know how you want your hair cut, this place is for you. If you like pampering, hip/complicated styles or just a fancy atmosphere, this place is not for you. I doubt I will return.
