Great experience, very professional. 360Partners wanted a more upscale look for our quickly-growing search engine management and online lead generation business. We hired PPDS to help us out.

Our experience with PPDS was outstanding. They are very professional and had many great ideas to offer along the way (our design came out rather unique - professional and cool for the largely 20-something staff we employ), as well as being very candid about things that we should avoid (this is key!). They gave us their opinions, but always in the context of what we wanted for our design.

There was a lot of give and take in the desigin process, and it's safe to say that our thinking evolved significantly along the way as the PPDS staff educated us about design. This cost us in terms of budget, as we didn't fully understand how we would learn and adjust and finally come up with a great end product. The few extra dollars spent on the design were worth it, but just unexpected. My advice to anyone hiring design professionals, whether PPDS or not, is to be aware of your own ignorance of what good design is/isn't, and build the design services budget accordingly.

One other helpful service to mention that PPDS provided: quote help from general contractors. They sent our bid package out to several high-quality general contractors and used their experience to help keep the major budget items in line. The savings on this alone probably covered their fee!

We really enjoyed our experience, and we would definitely work with Janna, Becky, and the rest of the team at PPDS again.

Terrible when it comes to dealing with other businesses. Maybe prepare a little more next time, and be understanding to the businesses you seek to fill a need.

If you are a small business owner, do not utilize them.

Great interior designers!. We used Peel Paulson (now called: PPDS-Inc) when we moved in to our new Ticket City office building. Kelle was the designer who managed our projected. They did a fantastic job for us.

We bought the building in 2005. Gave them a short timeline and tight budget, to completely redesign our space in the building. And the end result was they exceeded our expectations. We moved in to the new space in the Summer of '05, and continue to get compliments on the look of our offices today.

I highly recommend talking about them for any project you have. They've got a ton of innovative ideas, and were great to work with. Kelle made sure every decision was something that fit with our needs.
