Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful.. Large waiting room with a full window wall to look into the operating room. They have free sodas, water, chips, cookies, and candy in the waiting room. Help yourself. The procedure was painless and quick. I felt very relaxed when I was there. Surgery on Oct 14, 2006.
