Great Service!!!. We had the unfortunate experience of having our a/c go out in the heat of the summer. After calling Christian brothers, they had someone come right out and diagnose the problem. They gave us options and really made me confident in the choice that we made. It is never a great time having to replace an entire a/c unit, but Ryan and Roland came out first thing in the morning and had our upstairs cold in no time. Our new a/c is almost too cold! They really took the time to make sure that we understood everything and how to work the new unit. We can't thank you enough for your speed and efficency! A million thanks!

Best service. I really don't write reviews but I was so pleased with Christian Brothers that I just had to do it. A few weeks ago I woke up at 3 am due to the a/c not cooling. I called them first thing in the morning and Yvette answered the phone. She was very nice and set up an appointment for me that very same day. The tech showed up right on time and was the person. He fixed my problem and explained to me what exactly was wrong.

I know who I will be doing buisness with in the future. Thanks to Yvette, Ryan and the whole Christian Brothers Team for a job well done.

Air Conditioning Company. I highly recommend Christian Brothers A/C and especially their serviceman Ryan Davis. He was prompt, professional, patient, skilled in his profession, and honest. A rare experience in service personnel. Thank you, Ryan.

Great service. My serviceman Ryan Davis was very punctual, professional and knowledgeble. He diagnosed my problem quickly. He took time to explain what was going on with mty A/C. I would recomeend Christian Brothers to anyone

Great Customer Service. Today Ryan Davis with Christian Brothers Air Conditioning came to my house as I had a leak from the ceiling. He was very professional and helpful in showing the problem and fixing the problem. I felt he was very honest and informative in showing me what I would need to keep from this problem happening again.

I would recommend him and Christian Brothers to anyone needing air conditioning problems. They were fast in responding to my situation and they came when they said they would. Good customer service from the office to the house they were very pleasant to work with.

Terrific A/C repair and installation. I am so impressed with Christian Brothers A/C. Their employees are polite, respectful and clean. I have not had any workers who have cleaned up after themselves as well as these guys did. I originally had a repair issue on a Friday. They were scheduled to come between 12-2 but had another job that delayed them. They communicated with me by phone all day long beginning at 10:30 in the morning. I was told if they weren't able to get there by 6 p.m. that we would need to reschedule. Ryan, the technician, arrived at 5:55. I was worried that he would be in a bad mood and rush through my job but instead he was pleasant and stayed until 7:30. I needed a new A/C. To make a long story short, I met with Adam to discuss what I needed. I also got another bid from another company. Christian Brothers was a bit more expensive and were not planning on a few things. I spoke to Adam about this and he was willing to meet the price and do the other things. The technicians came to install the units. They were there on time when they said they would be, they worked hard for 2 days and they cleaned up so well that you didn't even know they had been there. I would highly recommend Christian Brothers for A/C repair work and installation.

Greatest A/C company , Fantastic service and people. I recently had to go through the pain of getting my A/C replaced. I meet with 3 company's to make sure I was getting the best deal. I was very impressed with the first meeting I had with Christian Brothers. After meeting with all three company's my decision was easy. Adam was great, he gave options that worked for my needs instead of what seemed to be the company's needs. The installation of my A/C went so smooth, the guys installing my system were fantastic. The job Adam described went exactly as he said. I will tell everyone of my experience.

Great explanations and customer service. Don't normally write reviews, but figure this one is worth it. I haven't even had my A/C installed yet, but already gone through the process of getting a bid and signing the agreement. I got bids from FIVE A/C companies here in Austin, and Christian Brothers was the least sales-y when they came for the consultation. Josh was our guy and he explained all of the options and gave us new alternatives to cooling a room that was added on to the house after the last A/C was put in. He was very thorough and said he'd email me with a quote the next day. I received his quote and he gave three options, so my husband and I were able to choose what we wanted instead of other A/C companies only giving us the highest option!!! They carry Lennox and another brand and we chose Lennox based on the warranty. Anyway, we give Josh an A+ for customer service. We are looking forward to the actual installation so we can have a more efficient home.
