magically delicious chinese food. Best sesame chicken we have eaten. It's like candy. The crab rangoons are wonderfully crisp, also. Their food is reasonably priced.

One of Our Favorites. We've eaten here for years. I love this place. Sesame chicken and hot and sour soup are our favorites! Very nice stafff - great for takeout! Quick and yummy!

Best Asian Food In North Austin. I love their soup. I can never decided between, but hot and sour is my favorite. Their beef sticks are to die for. I love their food. It's sooo good. I go there all the time with my boyfriend. It's our first choice for a date night. The atmosphere is quiet and calm. Some asian music sets the mood. We never have any issues with our order (despite my boyfriend changing about 50 million things on his). My only issue may be that sometimes we get a waiter that really doesn't speak English very well. This can be frustrating, but it's not a huge deal.

Good food. Friendly staff always willing to help. Reasonable prices.

My number one reccomendation for asian food in North Austin.

Not a good place to eat.. This restaurant is very close to our house so of course we had to eat here one afternoon. The restaurant only had 2 other tables seated so it was a very quiet and boring atmosphere. The interior really does look like this place has not redecorated since the late '80's so it was kinda of cute. Unfortunatly the food was very bland and really unremarkable, my husband ordered some pork dish and I ordered a chicken dish but somehow both dishes tasted the same. The hot and sour soup had a different flavor, not good different maybe old different...Nevertheless we hope never to eat Chinese food this bad again.

Lost In Translation. If you're looking for pretty decent take-out food this is your place; as far as a sit down restaurant, I wouldn't recommend it. The stressed waiter was almost unable to understand what we were trying to order and the very friendly manager was unable to help us correct our very incorrect bill without trying 3 times. The food is pretty good, there wasn't much chicken on each dish, but flavor was good. Prices were very reasonable. It could have just been an off night for the staff as they seemed to be shorthanded, but overall the dining experience was more stressful than enjoyable and I probably will not be returning.

Consistent and reliable. Great food, service, location & prices. Have been eating at this family-owned local business for 21 years. I'll take Nan King over any high priced or chain restuarant anytime!

Best in Northwest Austin!. I have eaten Chinese food in San Francisco, Chinatown in New York and many places in between and the food and customer service is as good as you will get anywhere. Try the chefs special beef or chicken with cashews, everything I've had is both good and made by hand. This is a local family owned and staffed business.

Best egg drop soup anywhere!. My whole family and I absolutely love this place! My mom started eating here when she was pregnant with me and we had my graduation dinner here. Wonderful food, great service, sweetest people and they treat you like friends here!

Fake Chinese food. If you are an American who likes the typical Chinese food like sesame chicken, you might like this place. The dishes here are fake, specially catered toward the mainstream Americans. If you want actual tasty Chinese food, go to Dinho.

Pew-King. This is one of the worst places I have ever eaten. The chinese food was so bad my wife and I call it Pew-King because that's what we were doing after our meal. We tried it cause it was in the entertainement book and 2 min from our house. What a mistake. Try China Tea House in the same shopping center for a real meal. Costs a little more, but money well spent.
