thank you.. My husband and I wanted to send this out and say thank you. The quick response with which the AC unit was repairs is much appreciated. Being landlords ourselves we understand that home repairs, especially emergencies, can be a big stress and financial burden. So again, thank you.

The staff are very cordial and professional. The staff are very cordial and professional and willing to work with the renters in these financially stressfull times. Overall I can say that I am now very pleased with Gaynors services.

this is one company you will be happy with.. We have been with them for 5 1/2 years and have no plans to leave any time soon. We told our friends about them and they have been with Gayner about 3 years. If you are looking to rent a home and have a good company to work this is one company you will be happy with.

I have been very satisfied with Gayner Property Management.. I have been very satisfied with Gayner Property Management. I've been renting a house in the Anderson Mills subdivision for almost two years, and have found this management company to be first rate. When I have a maintenance concern - they respond promptly, and resolve any issues I have. My phone calls are responded to in a very timely manner, and I plan to rent from them for many years to come.

property was nice and the price reasonable.. Ok. The property was nice and the price reasonable. Also, in 2.5 years our rent never increased which was much appreciated.
