Mickey Rocco at Wansley is ny Hero. Austin's #1 service man.

I have know this local legend since the early 80s.

He is the kind of service man you can leave the key under the mat for him . Always trys to repair before he

reccommends replacement.

Excellent results on an older retrofit. Wansley put in a very competetive bid on a complete retrofit for my 1947 central Austin bungalow. Sandy provided numerous estimates based on my various requests, and after all my research I decided on his originally proposed system. Tommy and Robbie did the install, and Tommy immediately sized it all up and suggested significant improvements to my proposed attic placement. Robbie kept me fully involved with duct and line routing and register locations, and made sure all runs were agreeable. During a three-day install these guys were professional, friendly, and left the place spotless. The third party inspector and the city mechanical inspector were both impressed on the final flow and loss stats. Cinda was always cheerful and helpful, and made sure I got my rebate. I've now replaced three window units with a highly efficent 16-SEER system, and we couldn't be happier.

Great work and just honest people. My boss used these guys at his house and was happy. He then started to use them at our facility. I worked a lot with Michael as he works on our chillers and AC/Heat units. He is a really good technician. I started using them for our home repair and he has managed to keep our old home unit alive for several years.

We have an elderly lady that lives in our neighborhood and all the neighbors look out for her. She recently had an AC problem and had a major AC firm here in Austin come look at it. They said the whole unit had to be replace at a cost of $2000+.

I looked at it and the fan was making a banging noise but the unit itself looked great. (It is only 6 years old)

I called Wansley and Michael came out and tightened the mounting screws. Problem solved for less than $90.

These guys are a rare find and I recommend them highly for either repairs or new installs.

Best in Austin. Fast, friendly and fair. Mickey and co. do really good work at a reasonable price. I've used them twice now and they have saved me money both times. Highly recommended for anyone in central Austin.

Wansley Refrigeration. I have used Wansley Refrigeration several times and they have always been prompt and courteous. I have dealt with Mickey and he is supurb! They repair first and sell second unlike the larger companies that just want to sell you a new unit for big profits. Let me know if you want details lennyf1@hotmail
