For an amazingly inexpensive Burger meal ($1.99 for a huge burger, soft drink, and fries) go to Alonzos. The place has been serving fresh and clean food for along time, and has really mastered the art. An old Austin ambiance is a definite selling point. Enjoy your burger and/ or tacos, as you sit at old picnic tables near the aquatic blue 1950s building. Friendly staff, quick service, and a good, simple burger. Be sure to check it out.
