The food was great, but there was only one server. She was busy, but did not provide very good service. When she would pass our table or bring our food, she could have saved herself some steps if she had asked if there was anything else we needed while she was there. We were not acknowledged when we walked in because she was too busy carrying on a conversation.

New Name, Same Great Food. Salsita's has changed it's name to El Caribe, but it still has great food and friendly service! This is my favorite neighborhood restaurant. We probably go at least once a week. I'm a big fan of the chicken fajitas...then again, I've liked everything I've tried there.
