completely screwed up my service request
by jimmyivory
sucks that everyone else had similar problems. i wanted to like the guy. i requested that THREE problems be fixed in order of priority. days later, they'd worked on (but NOT fixed) the LOWEST priority issue and charged me $180. i get that you can't fix every problem and sometimes still have to cover labor costs, but damn. the 2 things i really cared about they didn't even look at. now i'm glad because it would have been probably another $400.
- Pros: nearby
- Cons: everything else
dont go here if you value your classic bike in the least

i dont care what guy at what local parts store recommends this place. i dont care if you live by it. i dont care if youre in a rush to get a job done and cant find anyone who can work on your 1960's cb360t. do NOT take your ride here if you value, cherish or enjoy riding it at all.
loosened up all the corrosion in my tank but didnt clean it out? gee, thanks... my carbs love all the extra rust and gunk in them now.
rejetted the carbs but didnt notice the pilots were completely off?
replaced (or lost) the original intake with a larger one off a different honda and decided to fix it with rubber strips and electrical tape? wow.
like many other reviews of this place you'll see that they'll charge you money, and you'll end up having to get the job done RIGHT(or done at all) by someone else.
600 dollars later and i have to take it somewhere else and spend more.
not to mention it took me a WEEK to get my bike back thanks to them not answering calls, not returning calls and not being open during their own f*cking business hours.
shady shady SHADY
- Pros: always beautiful classic bikes sitting outside to look at...
- Cons: he ends up ruining them...
Don't waste your money

This shop ended up with about $400 out of my pocket for doing nothing, as far as I can tell. Two different mechanics worked on it because the first one apparently got fired before it was done. The first one gave me a line about problems with something that's not even present on my motorcycle. The bike broke down again with the same problem on the way home from the shop. I took it back but they basically said sorry, guess we can't fix it. Don't let Bike Doctor touch your bike - they don't know what they're doing!
- Cons: incompetent
