He walks the talk by being a world champion Professional IFBB bodybuilder himself & having years of training experience, but what sets him apart is what he does for eachclient. He works just as hard to get the average person who wants to get in shape, lose weight or get fit as he does with his National level competitors... He doesn't care what your goals are, he wants you to succeed & WILL find a away to make the happen!
I have trained with him 4 days a weeks for a long time now. I personally have gotten better results than I have with any group, bootcamp, other trainer or trying to do it on my own.

Best trainer in Austin. Dave is the best personal trainer in Austin! You couldn"t ask for a trainer with a better mix experience, motivation & knowledge. He helped me to get in the best shape of my life & lose 50 lbs in the process! He is a world champion body builder himself, he has something like 17 years full time training experience, he has a masters degree from UT, he is a columnist for Ironman Magazine & has appeared on the cover multi times ...he knows what he's talking about. BUT that's not what makes him a great trainer. He is laid back & makes everyone feel comfortable no matter what your shape, size or goal. He believes in old school, traditional training... & that works! I feel so blessed & thankful eveyday when I get dressed & look in the mirror that I made the decision to train with Dave! I recommend him to everyone I meet!
