Australian tchotchkes and brews give this quintessentially American restaurant a distinctive Down Under flavor.. In Short
Boomerangs, Aussie flags, kangaroo portraits and faux aboriginal art honor the homeland's wilderness, but Outback delivers a polished version of rusticity with varnished blond-wood booths with matching wainscoting and casually uniformed waitstaff. Besides more than a half-dozen cuts of steak, diners can pick from large-portioned entrees like ribs, chops and shrimp or chicken "on the barbie." Outback - Highland. Visited Outback last night, as usual the food was excellent and the service was as great as it normally is in any Outback.

But they have a new appetizer, which in my opinion is five star its a new Coral Reef Crab Dip, sweet lump crabmeat with the signature blend of cheeses, corn, red pepper and species, baked to a golden brown, served with honey-wheat toast for $6.99 YUMMY!
