horrible experience. The two clerks I worked with royally screwed me. They failed to order shoes and hem pants two times in a row. We had to keep coming back, and each time they had forgotten to do something they had agreed to fix - just basic stuff like getting the sleeves hemmed in 6 FREAKING INCHES. Repeatedly. I don't know what to call that, laziness? Incompetence? Either way, avoid this place at all costs.

Excellent Customer Service. The store manager Pam Burnside was the most pleasant sales person I could have hoped for. She understood and fully explained each and every question I posed. Her pleasant and thoughtful attitude was the clincher for the sale.

I definitely recommend anyone to go browse the various mens clothing stores and then go see Pam for a better deal on good quality merchandise.

I guarantee It.. We chose Men's Wearhouse partially because of selection & their claim of being the experts. So far my tuxedo has not fit. This was supposed to have been taken care of, so I returned a day later to pick-up my tux. I arrived @ my home with someone else's tux after trying my tux on in the store. No one @ Men's Wearhouse has done anything to help. MY WEDDING IS IN LESS THAN 5 HOURS & I still don't have a tux. I'll never return. I GUARANTEE IT.
