She was very hesitant to cut my hair in the style I asked (or just about any style, actually) even though her manager disagreed with her. It took her a very long time to cut it and all she did was a bob. I could (and have) cut my own hair better than this. The place was clean and the price was okay but I've gotten better at Wal-Mart for less.

Nothing Special, No Nightmares, but Not Great Either. Had my hair done there recently.I was a walk in. The stylist was nice enough and asked if I wanted the "rounded" end or the "V". I wanted exactly what I had before (the V). I wanted layers that just sort of softened into each other. My hair was obviously taking longer than she anticipated because her next appointment had showed up, the poor guy was waiting for quite some time. She started working faster and faster, I got nervous. Towards the end, she mentioned that the "shape" that I wanted "lended itself to frizziness" compared to this much easier cut she was suggesting in the beggining (Which I've had in the past and it was beautiful). My brain was silently screaming, "OMG! You are not experienced with doing this type of cut are you!? AAAH!" I felt like she was verbally setting me up. The girl kept cutting more and more as she compared the ends to make sure they were sort of "melding" together. I decided I wouldn't knock it until it dried. I didn't even ask her to style it. She was waaaay late on her next appointment. I walked the mall a bit, she was supposed to call me after the next guy so that she could do my eyebrows. She didn't call. When I came back, I saw that she had taken another walk in, instead. I had an interview the next day and had already waited so long. So, I just got it done. When my hair dried, my layers were quite pronounced and sort of choppy. I feel I could have gotten it done the same way at a super cuts. I won't be going there again. It's so unnerving, I came to this city and I see bad hair cuts/color everywhere, doesn't anyone do a good job with hair around here?
