An extended-stay property with easy access to downtown and the university.. The Scene
Located near the intersection of US 290 and I-35, this extended-stay studio property is a convenient home away from home for travelers who need week-long (or longer) accommodations. The motel is just a half mile from Highland Mall and very near several dining establishments, including Fuddruckers and Pappadeaux Seafood. Pappasito's Mexican Cantina is adjacent to the property.

The Details
Accommodations are somewhat smaller than those found at more expensive extended-stay hotels. But these studios offer all the necessities. The bedrooms are similar to those found in chain motels, but they open onto a full kitchen. The kitchens are furnished with refrigerators, microwaves and coffeemakers. You will also find all of the cookware and utensils you need to prepare and serve meals. The dining table doubles as a workspace. Guests can use an onsite laundry facility, as well as a grill in the communal outdoor area.
