The clientele seems directly proportional to the occupancy of the Hilton North; two or three tables filled at a time are commonplace. Pass through a small bar area to a large open room full of tables. Black and white Texas-themed photographs hang on white walls while dried flowers, star piñatas and lanterns add an unusual touch. The chicken sandwich, served between two slices of soft homemade bread with topping options like bacon, cheese and onions and a sizable side of steak fries, is a good bet here. Avoid the rib rack however, a gigantic portion of small, stringy pork ribs doused in a tangy sauce more like ketchup than Texas barbeque.
