Best Stylist in town - Brenna. I've been to many salons in Auatin, even the most expensive. However, Visible Changes in Barton Creek Mall beats them all hands down? Why? Well, because Brenna works there! Best stylist and cutter in town, Brenna truly Rocks! Not only amazing talent, but super, neat person! And if it's color you need - you gotta go to Tyla! Trust me - once you do, you'll be a regular of theirs!

cherri is great. i went into visible changes for the very first time (after having my friends do my hair for more than 3 years)...and i was super nervous because new people have constantly butchered my hair in the past. i was lucky enough to get my hair cut by cherri. although we spoke about books and school the whole time, she cut my hair superbly...now i have all kinds of crazy layers (the look i was trying to achieve) and i can't wait for it to grow really long to see all the layers in action. she's very knowledgable on hair and she is quite a visionary. mad props to her.

No Class. I have had my hair cut by Frankie a few times and plan on going to see him as a regular client at his new location. I have read the review that Visible Changes wrote to his clients and to be honest I think it is very unprofessional! What does it say about their character if they are trying to bribe his clients with discounts just to send them to another stylist there at the salon? They obviously aren't worried about your satisfaction but only about keeping your money. I would highly recommend that the management at this salon rethink their strategy on how to keep their customers happy.

Franky is Back better thant ever!. Yeah I'm so happy I found Franky Olivares it's not even funny. I love getting my hair done by him every time without fail my hair looks great thanks to franky I highly recommend him. find him at grapevinesalons website

Cherri can cut long layers!. Cherri cuts my long hair in amazing layers that grow out and stay for months. She never tries to push product on you and only will sell you products that actually work on your hair. She is very focused and concentrates while she cuts your hair, so don't expect her to be talking to you non-stop. She also educates herself about hair and is constantly researching styles. She's great.

FRANKIE AND MISTY HAVE MOVED. FRANKIE AND MISTY ARE NOW AT GRAPEVINE SALON. To make an appointment go to their website. I've been going to Frankie for my hair for about 4 yrs now and I get compliments from everybody! I get stopped by strangers in public and am constantly asked who cuts my hair. I've had the privilege of being able to observe his work for a couple of years and I think he's worth more than what Visible Changes has given him credit for. He has mad skills!

Best hair in Austin. Frankie is simply amazing. Everyone at V.C. is friendly and the atmosphere is welcoming, but the reason I keep coming back is Frankie! He's personable, professional, and creates, by far, the best hair styles in Austin, I'm so grateful for having met him.

Wow...Frankie really isn't a secret anymore.... I lucked out the very first time I walked into Visible Changes (at Barton Creek Mall) several years ago and got Frankie...as a trainee! (And trainee cuts were only $10!)

Even then, he was an amazing talent and gets even better as time passes. I always find myself going back to him even though I have to haul myself out to Highland Mall. (I live in Dripping Springs.)

I'm amused now that I pay a lot more than I used to for him, but he's worth a lot more than that. No one else has that magic touch with my hair!
