Good people. My first experience with SC was for a frozen shoulder. It was very painful. I couldn't tuck the back of my shirt tail in: it was impossible. Within 8-10 weeks, I was good to go. They work fast and I realized that I needed to take mental notes...think and remember what they said about the exercise, the proper way to do it, etc. You keep your own playbook so they encourage total participation and commitment from day 1.

I just finished my second tour for a ligament sprain in my lower leg. I could walk a block but any further caused intense pain. I worked with Laurie this time and enjoyed it. After my first appt I told a friend, this girl is smart. : ) I knew I was in good hands and she turned this thing around quickly. I'm up to 35 minutes walking a very hilly path - something I couldn't dream of a few months ago.

My first injury, I was referred to Sports Center. My second injury, I requested them. They fix what's broken while staying positive and seriously committed

to your recovery.

Bang that gong!

Best Place In Town to Get Bette!. Started PT in New Jersey and finished her in Austin Texas. After rotator cuff surgery I was told it would be a long recovery time. I was movineg to Texas and needed to get my shoulder back in shape as fast as I could. I was refered to Sports Center and I was not pointed in the wrong direction. The team was great! I am back doing all the things I have to do and with great success. I truly appreciate all the great support and help I received. The office staff was fun and would greet me with a smile and a great greeting. The PT team was very professional and always put me first. I truly thank them all for helping me get back to full usage of my shoulder.

The WALMART of physical therapists. inexperienced, low-rate therapists dressed up in a fancy gym. Very corporate. Treat 3 or 4 people at a time. Hard to get their attentions.

First time in PT. I had a knee injury that I feared was a permanent situation that would prevent me from stepping up my physical activity. It was depressing and frustrating. After spending less than three months going three times a week to the Sports Center, the pain in my knee has completely gone away. I felt like with the encouragement and expertise of my physical therapist (Debbie), I was able to get back on the track of a more active lifestyle. I can't say enough good things about this place. Initially, I thought 3x per week would be too much; but now, I find myself missing it. Being there also taught me a lot about slow and steady progress and commitment - those are the keys. This is the place to go to restore your fitness level after an injury or to address a chronic issue.

These guys rock!. I started going to Sports Center in October after dealing with elbow pain for 3 months. After 4 months of periodic training at the Sports Center, my elbow pain is gone and I can finally lift weights and pick my kids up again. In addition to relieving my elbow pain, I have dealt with neck pain since I was 17 years old (due to a football injury). It turns out that my initial elbow pain originated from the lack of motion in my neck. For the first time in 17 years, I finally have normal motion in my neck and barely any pain. Thank you God for Sports Center!
