I was under Dr. Snow's care for a few months, and I have to say the entire staff there was just awesome. So friendly and positive. I recommend them to everyone I know that's looking for a chiropractor or a place to get a good massage. Very professional staff!

I've seen Dr. Snow for almost a year. When I started going I was in tears because of the pain. Now I feel great and just go for periodic maintenance.

Love this place. I have been seeing Dr. White for nearly a year now. He is professional and thorough. The massage staff is incredible (I have never had a bad massage here!)!! And the office staff is helpful, cheerful, and welcoming. Highly recommend this location.

Massage Wellness part of clinic. I am only writing about the Massage Wellness portion of the center.

I am very disappointed with how they handled the transfer of clients from one business to another. Body Mechanics was in business for years and closed down recently - Kapsner Massage Wellness took over the therapists, clients, clients emails and even some of the signs from Body Mechanics. What Kapsner did was honor the certificates purchased through Body Mechanics for just a little over a month - what they did not do is inform people the certificates were just good for the month. I only found out when I called. I did receive emails selling the grand opening though.

For the month, I was just able to use 2 of my certificates and they cancelled the 3rd appt. because it was too close to the other appt (not due to my fault, they had to reschedule).

If Kapsner was only going to honor for a month, I should have received the email.

Don't even get me started how unprofessional the office manager Crystal is........

It is a shame, the therapists are good but I won't go back and I will let my friends know.
