I received excellent customer service on my recent visit to Henna. I was concerned about my oil change sticker reflecting January 2012, and my change oil notification not notifying me to change my oil. I stopped in for service on April 30, 2012. The Service Tech/Supervisor, was very patient with me; and appeared to have remembered me visiting Henna. He reminded me to use my panel review to see the life of my engine oil. :) My service request was completed in a timely manner, and most of all I appreciated the excellent customer service that I received from all that I encountered during my visit at Henna. Customer service is lacking here in Austin,and I enjoy giving a review when I receive good customer service. Customer Service is very important to me! Great Chevrolet Dealership. Randall was excellent - communicating status on a frequent basis, and representing the customer to get Chevrolet to authorize out-of-warranty repairs for premature part failures. While it was disappointing the repairs took almost a week (due to fault of the extended warranty company, not Henna or Chevrolet), Henna's new loaner-car program removed the stress associated with being out of a vehicle for that long, and significantly improved the logistics challenge of getting my vehicle repaired at a location more than 15 miles from home or work. The program is significantly more beneficial and efficient, compared to the previous rental program, and has taken customer service to an entirely new level! Kudos, Henna... the very first two-thumbs-up I've ever given a car dealership in almost 30 years of buying cars! Keep up the great customer service!…
