I like Henna I think they are honest
and fair.I like their service department because they are always friendly even if I call at the end of the day for an oil change.

I drove into the Service area and met
with a service representative and explained I had a problem with the computer and a big staple in my tire. He said they will try and save the tire, if not I would have to buy a new one and they would reset the computer. The computer was rest and the tire was saved. I was happy. Thank you!

Five Gold Stars: Mr. J. Harold Mathews,
President Emeritus, helped me completely resolve a recurring key-fob problem...absolutely the best service response I have ever had anywhere...have already mentioned it to several Chevy owners who bought their cars elsewhere and were not very satisfied with their dealers' service. Definitely intend to buy new Chevys from Henna.

I was told by your technicians that the
back brakes needed repair. Knowing that they were well qualified to analyze the car's needs, I asked them to perform the necessary repairs to get it in a safe running condition. This was done and so far I have been well pleased. I feel that your technicians and mechanics are trustworthy, and I am very grateful for them. Tim Warren, whom I have great respect for, along with Paul W. Saxton, Joe A. Avila, and Brad Nicholson are the names of those who brought my 2000 Buick into good repair. Jane Young
