This place is TOP NOTCH!!! i came to purchase a phone and instead of buying a new phone, they found the problem and fixed it with no problems!! Instead of "making a sale" they "CARE!!".. not too many people do that these days! I recommend this place to EVERYONE!!! THANK YOU AUS-TEX PCS WIRELESS!!!!!!!!!!! U made my day! :)

These guys are the absolute best..... I recently went there to have them look at my 2004 vintage hardwired car system that wasn't working properly...they took less than 5 minutes to get me operational, charged me nothing....I've been going there for years....they're super friendly...absolutely knowledgeable about all manufacturers models & plans….if you go anywhere else for your cellular needs, you not using your head….A+++…..

great place to buy or fix phones. i love going to austex pcs the owner is very helpfull and friendly and he allway trIes his best to help you with what you need or want. The staff in the front are very helpfull and polite the technicians are very experienced in their field. I RECOMMEND AUSTEX PCS FOR ANY KIND OF REPAIRS AND PURCHASE PHONES.

Horrible place!. Not only does the owner have issues with not being able to talk to customers, but they told me they could fix my phone, and when I got it back, it was worse. I took it in for a new microphone, cuz people couldn't hear me, and when I got it back, I couldn't hear them either. They told me there was nothing they could do. Also, the staff isn't professional at all. The girl that "helped" me was more interested in herself than my needs as a customer. She didn't know what she was talking about at all. She was testing in her phone more than she was helping. I wish I could remember her name. I think it was Lucy. She shouldn't be allowed to work in a place that she knows nothing about. It's all a reflect on the owner of the place.

great place, friendly staff very knowledgable. i broke my phone in half and thought that that i was going to have to buy a new phone, which i didnt want to do because of all my phone numbers and pictures of my newborn son which are irreplaceable, they advised me that they could fix it for me and do so while i wait!! they did and it looks brand new!! it works great and i could not be happier. they charged a fair rate and i cannot say enough about the staff, they were excellent and very knowledgable and were looking out for my best interest. highlt reccomend they have to be the best in town if there are any other place like this

Worse Cell phone repair shop in Austin, tx. These people are bunch of crooks. they took my phone to replace the screen and they ended up trashing the phone. When I asked if they could at least geve it to me in the condition in which I left it to them, they wanted nothing to do with me. I'm out a treo and of course 250$ that I spent to buy a new phone but I'll never go near this store or it's sister store in south lamar. Aus tex Pcs has no business working on cell phones
