AWESOME JOB, LISA WALTKE!

Apartment Specialists, especially Lisa Waltke did an amazing job of finding me the perfect apartment within the price range I could afford. Relocating from about 2 hours away, it was tough finding an apartment! I had dealt with another apt locator who was horrible, pushy, and was no help at all. I was recommended to contact Lisa by two different apartment complexes and Im so glad that I did! Lisa was great, persistent, and found me exactly what I wanted in no time at all! Apartment Specialists are fantastic for having an apartment locator like Lisa! If I could recommend anyone, it would be Lisa all the way! SHE IS AMAZING AT WHAT SHE DOES!

Great Job, Tricia!

Apartment Specialists, specifically Tricia Boudreaux (tricia@aptsaus'dot'com), found a great apartment more quickly than I could have imagined. Relocating from 27 hours away, I trusted Tricia's judgement and was not let down. If you are thinking of using any other organization for a search, I would recommend Apartment Specialists over any other. Tricia was the best agent of any other I contacted. She was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and on the ball helping to find me a place away from the undergraduate crowd (I am a PhD student and need some quiet). I was impressed with her help and will be recommending her to anyone and everyone for their future apartment needs in Austin!

Windy is awesome!

I went Apartment Specialists for help finding an apt in Austin, right after I moved here from New York. That's where I met Windy Pearman (512-810-9921). She was so awesome, she asked me a whole bunch of questions about where I wanted to live, what kind of complex I was looking for, my price range, and most importantly, my move in date (which was immediately). She called tons of apartment complexes and found 4 that had everything I needed. She took me to each one, waited with me while the apartment managers told us about the amenities, prices, etc and then walked to each apartment to look at them with me. She really made me feel like she was there to help me. She didn't take any phone calls while I was with her, she remembered my name (I have met people who couldn't manage that 5 seconds after meeting) and she never made me feel rushed. In short, it was a really great experience. I did find an apartment I wanted that day and she took me back there, helped me fill out the paperwork and even took me to lunch (to a really great Mexican spot!). Now I have a great apartment, with decent rent and everything else I wanted! Windy was instrumental in helping me get those things, for which I thank her.
