Big A Towing

Big A towing. The owners of big a towing are some of the kindest most thoughtful people I have ever met I got into a car accident about a week ago and called big a towing, first off when I called big a towing the woman who answered was so polite and they actually beat the police, which is sad seeing how I called the police FIRST. They were all very respectful and if I ever get into another accident they will be the towing company that I call first.

P.S. To all of you morons that put up these negative reviews. You were either parked in a place you weren't supposed to or you were being disrespectful because of your ignorance. Next time when you leave your car in a parking space that you aren't supposed to be in don't get pissed at the people that picked up your car how about taking responsibility for your stupidity.…

They will damage your car and will take NO responsibility!. My car was parked at 360 Condos in the parking garage. This company towed my car and scratched the whole front edge of my bumper on the bottom along the ground as they drove away. My car is brand new and clearly wasn't this way before they towed it. They said there was a video of them towing the car on the tow trucks camera. They said I would not be allowed to view the video, only they could. They said they would view it and decide if he wants to pay for the damage. Not only were they rude to me. But, they were down right disrespectful, aggressive and ignorant to my parents. They were screaming at my parents how it wasn't their fault. Is this how they deal with people? I hope no one uses this company ever. Paying them 200.00 to get my car out of their lot with damages on it!! They are thieves and will distroy your car. I will be reporting them to every agency state and local.…

Predators. Parked at 360 condos, which has 1 hr parking. They towed my car within 15 minutes. They obviously were waiting for people to park. When I picked up the car ($193!!), the manager was very aggressive about their policies, taking the aggro-dog stance. Terrible business.…

Worst towing company EVER- not that any of them are good. Big A Towing is a terrible company to have the unfortunate opportunity to deal with. I am handicapped and they towed my car from a spot in which I had permission by the owner to park. More upsetting, however, was the two times in a row that they hung up on me while trying to figure out where and how to get my vehicle back. The tow truck driver even had the indecency to roll my fingers up in his truck window!…
