recommendation, price, followup: CSG get it right!. When we needed a new tall secretary chair, we called Steve at CSG. He listened closely to how the chair was to be used, who would be using it, and recommended a chair precisely within our budget. When circumstances changed and we needed a different seat for the same chair, Steve was able to quickly make a recommendation, and CSG was in our office within hours, making the switch. Our employees are comfortable, and have smiles in their voices again!
