I do not recommend this branch of fast signs. I had many troubles getting a response from staff, getting a delivery date, or even a pleasant experience. Although we changed our designs a couple times every time we did so we got put at the back of the production line. The owner Luis Escobar was unwilling to provide thoughtful answers to any questions we had about this and was unwilling to even explain the process in a customer service friendly way when we questioned why the 4 day delay in response to our question was taking so long. THe owner Luis Escobar has an elitist attitude that doesn;t fit in with South Austin AT ALL. My boss called to talk to him and staff said he was out to lunch, when she asked for the gentlemans name she was actually speaking with he told her that his name was the same as Luis Escobar, there just happens t be two of them with the same latin accent at the same store... sure bud. When i picked up the sign the same dude refused to trash my old one for me and tried leaning it up against my truck. I;ve got a business to run and not enough time to spend it with vendors that do not appreciate my business. Sign stores in austin are a dime a dozen - go to another one and do not pay the fee first like this one makes you!!!!
