Bad first impression. Called for a quote for a Lennox unit and got a very high estimate. When I mentioned that the estimate was much higher than what I saw other places the salesman got immediately defensive and rude. I'm going with another Lennox dealer who was a lot nicer and had more reasonable pricing. Maybe their technical staff is nicer but their sales was less than impressive .

Great technician that can actually diagnose a problem!!!. I had a problem A/C, that had had a rash of other "technicians" from other companies work on it. These other people were pretty much clueless. One company, when the two stage thermostat went out, put in a single-stage thermostat, and rewired the main unit to run in high speed, only. When they came back to put in the two stage thermostat, did they put the compressor wiring back? Nope. Only today, 4 years later, did the KNOWLEDGEABLE fellow (Mark) at Vaught fix all of the screwups done by others. Worse, many companies came out (Amercian Conservation and Air, Strand Brothers) and totally missed the screwed up system. Worse, they tell me the system needs to be immediately replaced.

BUT the good folks at Faught, had a REAL technician working for them. He came out, diagnosed the improperly wired thermostat, the improperly wired compressor unit, the improperly wired fan control in the attic, and the bad expansion valve. ALL of this was fixed over the next 4 hours for around $660.00.

My hats off to Faught, and their technician Mark. FINALLY I found a company that actually knows what they are talking about, and will DIAGNOSE and FIX the problem!!!!

They will do ALL of my work in the future!!!!
