Best experience in selling my unwanted jewelry. I had gone to several other shops but by far James Lewis was the best. I was at the Round Rock store and received excellent service and price for my jewelry. I was unsure whether I really wanted to let go of a family heirloom and was pleased that their clerk gave me time to make a decision and was not pushy in selling it.

I would highly recommend James Lewis Gold Exchange for selling your jewelery!

Highly Recommend!. I went to a few other places before I went to James Lewis Gold Exchange and I can tell you that by far, the James Lewis Gold Exchange gives you the most for your gold and silver. I was pleasantly surprised when I received my cash offer from them, higher than the other places that offer the same service. Highly recommended!

Best prices with great service!!. They paid me the highest price out of many other places that quoted me. I have been several times and always have a nice experience. Anyone that has ever helped me has been quick, knowledgeable and has answered any question I have. I would without question rate them with 5 stars!!!

THEY PAID ME MORE!!! BEST PRICES. These guys treated me great. I went to 4 other places and some of them made me really uncomfortable. The man took time to answer all my questions and then paid me in cash. I would use again and recommend to my friends. Best of all They paid me about $200 over the other offers.

Rude, Unprofessional and Will Never Use Them!. I called for information on their process and prices and was rudely told "I would have to come to find out what to do!" I live way down south and did not want to travel that far unless I really knew the prices they were paying. The very rude man told me "I would have to show him what I had!" All I wanted was a simple answer to my question and information! I WILL NEVER GO INTO THIS STORE! AND I HAD LOTS AND LOTS OF SILVER & GOLD.

Their ad mentioned "courteous" staff....well they were WRONG!

I WOULD RANK THEM A ZERO IF I COULD!!!!!!!!

Turned my broken gold bits into CASH!. I have been gathering all the broken bits and pieces of 14K jewelry from my jewelry box. Just today, I took it all to James Lewis Gold Exchange, and I was very pleased with amount that I was offered. Very nice guy professional and totally worth the trip from South Austin.

Honest & Fast. I found a couple of old gold chains, bracelets, earrings and a charm, took them to a pawn shop offerd me $60, went to James Lewis Gold Exchange and gave me 4x's as much! I knew it was worth way more than $60! These guys are trustworthy, friendly and fast! Been coming here for years!!!

Best Prices on USED GOLD. Saw his ad, went in and got $84 for what I thought was a small bit of nothing but smashed up old gold beads. The guy at the counter knew his stuff. He's fast, friendly and can give you a price on the spot. Quick transaction! Like it says on tv "Turn your gold into cash!"
