Best place for glass for broken glass replacement

So I broke a window in Austin and had trouble finding a place to get replacement glass. I looked at a number of places and got quotes from around town. Most places I called were very rude to because I didn't know a lot about glass. I called TX Mirrors and Doors and from the moment I spoke to them they were nothing but sweet to me. They helped me find the right piece of glass talked me through the measurement of my window and cut the piece for me. On top of that the price they quoted me was half of what Ace discount glass quoted me. If you need glass and need a little help I would recommend Texas Mirrors and Doors!

taking advantage of people

My grandmother had spoke to the owner about getting a shower door installation and was showed different pictures untill she finally decided on the one she wanted. She paid up front and was told the whole order would take a week or so which was fine with her, she was just excited about the idea of getting it installed. Well the shower crew showed and had the whole order wrong not one thing that my grandmother ordered was there. This owner who promised everything to my grandmother just flat out lied and came thru with the cheapest shower doors possible, and to top it off had tried to get the shower crew to use used parts. I was livid when I found this out, Nobody needs to do business with this loser and his cheap company.

Worst glass and mirror business in Austin,Tx.

Down right the worst business in Austin,Tx. Andy (the owner) is the cheapest manager and as far as him keeping his word, you can forget about that. I ordered some windows from this guy he gave me his word that they would be here on a certain date. They never showed and all I got was excuses and excuses and when they finally did show they were the wrong sizes and wrong color. So in two months I fell behind in my project all because a lieing, cheating,stealing so called business man. The list goes on and on of dissatisfied customers that I personally know of that regret doing business with this guy and his company

No showed for appointment, blamed customer, rude

Talked with the company earlier in the week, received quote, scheduled appointment, and identified the installer, but they never showed up. I called 30 minutes after scheduled appointment time passed and was treated rudely. They said they had no record of my call but did not deny that I had an appointment when I told them the name of the installer that they schedule to come out. They offered me no options for getting my window replaced and seemed put out that I was upset about taking a day off to meet their installer. I cannot recommend using a company that blames the customer for their mistakes

Great customer service

Thank you Texas Mirrors and Doors for helping us out when our windows blew out due to the storm. The response to me as well as our neighbors was fantastic. When people go out of their way to help out is makes me think there is something good out here. The men working for your company were very nice and worked long hours for a fraction of what we were expecting. We here the horror stories and the team at your company was great. I would and will encourage people to use Texas Mirror and Doors for all their needs.

Two of our elderly neighbors had windows done for nothing...... in my book that is unheard of these days. The owner himself came out and fixed two of them and had a balance of zero dollars for them on this job.

This is not normal hope you all take the time to have them help you out

I will use them on our shower door job and im sure they will do it right.
